我在2000年毕业于新加坡国立大学。主修电脑学。
毕业后，在一家国际上市公司从事了七年的网页开发工作。
之后协助对教育有热诚的妻子（教育部认证老师）开办了一所公文 (Kumon) 学习中心。
在学习中心上轨道后，于2010年加入房地产行业，成为一名全职的新加坡房屋中介。
因为之前完全没有销售宣传的经验与有限的人脉，首两年的经历其实非常辛苦。
不断的碰钉子。庆幸有妻子的支持与早期客户的鼓励，逐渐在这一行站稳了脚步。
自2012年起开始为更多的客户与自己取得了佳绩。之后，也建立了自己的小团队（12位成员）。
我现在是新加坡上市房产中介公司，PropNex Singapore （博纳产业），旗下的房产中介。职称 Senior Associate Division Director。
