SELL & RENT HDBS IN BUKIT MERAH ESTATE

Bukit Merah (红山) is one of Singapore’s oldest and most diverse HDB estates. Located in the Central Region, it is part of the Central Singapore CDC and is well-connected by multiple MRT stations, as well as Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).

Bukit Merah offers a wide range of housing options, including many HDB flats of various ages and styles. These are some of the other HDB subzones in the Bukit Merah HDB estate:

– Depot Road
– Henderson
– Redhill
– Telok Blangah
– Tiong Bahru

My personal connection to Bukit Merah stems from my time spent running Bukit Merah Kumon Learning Centre with my wife from 2006 to 2014. Many of our students resided in Bukit Merah and we are still in touch with some of them till this day.

I have made countless memories in Bukit Merah over the last 30 years or so, and am really looking forward to how this town will further transform under ROH (Remaking Our Heartland). I’m very excited, because this is likely where I’ll forever call home!
