SELL & RENT HDBS IN CHOA CHU KANG ESTATE

Choa Chu Kang (蔡厝港), located in the northwestern part of Singapore, is a vibrant and family-friendly HDB estate. Part of the North-West CDC, it is well-connected by the Choa Chu Kang MRT station, LRT system, and major expressways like the Kranji Expressway (KJE) and Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE).

Originally known for its agricultural roots, the area was home to rubber plantations and pineapple farms before undergoing rapid urbanization in the 1980s.

Choa Chu Kang features a wide range of HDB flats catering to various family sizes and needs. These are some of the HDB subzones in the Choa Chu Kang estate:

  • Choa Chu Kang Central
  • Choa Chu Kang North
  • Keat Hong
  • Teck Whye
  • Yew Tee

My personal connection to Choa Chu Kang dates back to my National Service days. Based at Lim Chu Kang camp, my campmates & I would often frequent Lot One Shopping Mall or local eateries at the Keat Hong on our nights out.

I remember us walking through the farm fields togther, hand in hand. I have many cherished moments of us bonding amidst beautiful nature.

These memories hold a special place in our hearts and remind us of the precious time we shared as a family in our beloved town.
