District 17 Singapore

DISTRICT 17 TRENDS & INSIGHTS

Stats last updated: 1 Feb 2026

District 17 covers Changi, Loyang, and parts of Pasir Ris. These areas fall within postal sectors 49, 50, and 81. This is as far east as you can go in Singapore. Changi Village retains an old-school, kampung feel that’s rare elsewhere on the island.

You’ve got Changi Beach, ferry access to Pulau Ubin, and a slower pace of life. And then there’s Changi International Airport.

Here, you’ll find a data-driven look at what’s truly happening on the ground: secondary sales activity (resale private condos), standout condos, profitable transactions, and the pricing trends behind them.

I haven’t closed any deals in District 17 yet (not an area I actively focus on), but I probably know the area better than most agents.

I worked weekends at the Changi Civil Service Club during my polytechnic days, where I manned the reception and attended to members’ inquiries.

That’s when I learned what it means to be of service – listening, understanding what people need, and helping them get answers.

Years later, those lessons still apply. Property isn’t just about market knowledge. It’s about being genuinely helpful, even on the tough days.
