My fastest rental deal happened at Coco Palms (always a plus to be near MRT) in District 18.

Late afternoon: tenant viewed and made an offer.

Evening: offer accepted, tenancy agreement signed.

Next morning: unit handed over.

Less than 24 hours from viewing to keys in hand.

This only happens when all parties can make quick decisions, the unit is ready for immediate move-in, and everyone’s timeline syncs perfectly.

Most deals don’t move this fast, but when they do, it’s satisfying to be a part of it.
