District 24 Singapore

DISTRICT 24 TRENDS & INSIGHTS

District 24 covers Lim Chu Kang, Sungei Gedong, and Tengah. These areas fall within postal sectors 69, 70, and 71. This is Singapore’s least developed residential district.

Currently, there are no private homes here; only executive condos that will eventually be privatised after their Minimum Occupation Period. Will share more in time to come.

Although there’s no transaction here, the area isn’t unfamiliar to me.

I served my National Service at Lim Chu Kang, spending more than two years in what felt like a really remote part of Singapore.

Now, Tengah is rising as Singapore’s newest HDB town, complete with plans for car-free town centres and forest corridors. Even ACS Primary is moving to Tengah.

It’ll be interesting to watch how this district transforms in the years ahead. Sometimes the furthest corners hold the most potential.
