District 9 covers Mount Sophia, Orchard, River Valley, and Cairnhill. These areas fall within postal sectors 22 and 23. This is one of the most favoured districts among expats because everything you need for comfortable living is within walking distance: the Orchard shopping belt, endless dining options, international schools, and a quick commute to the CBD.
